Le Garrick - one of London's best hidden gems

A personal favourite for many years, tucked away on the corner of Garrick Street and St Martins Lane - fantastic French food and service in a rustic environment, and very reasonably priced!

Clos Maggiore - arguably one of London's most romantic restaurants

Set in the heart of Covent Garden, this is a truly special restaurant and by offering a pre-theatre set menu you can experience this without paying a fortune...!

Balthazar

Join us for a taste of Paris with our delectable Prix Fixe menu, available from £24.50 from Monday to Friday – 11am – 7pm. An elegant evocation of a traditional French brasserie, with an authentic Parisian feel, Balthazar offers informal all-day dining from its home in Covent Garden’s historic Flower Cellars building.

Sample some of the finest signature Mediterranean and Japanese dishes with our set menu, perfect for a pre-theatre dinner before catching a show at one of the nearby playhouses. Choose three plates for just £28 from a variety of dishes, such as Crispy filo king prawns, lemon and miso butter baby roasted chicken, and Pear and apple tarte Tatin with Tahitian vanilla ice cream. You may also opt for two plates at £23.

Joe Allen is an authentic and atmospheric New York-style brasserie with a menu of classic American dishes served from lunch to late evening. Favourites on the menu include the full rack of oak-smoked baby back ribs with raw slaw, Joe’s classic Caesar Salad and a not-so-secret burger.
